Meet the Founder
I’m Zandolyn Moore, a recovered product junkie who’s done every twist, treatment, and trial there is. Like a lot of us, I came up during the natural hair movement of the 2010s, when figuring out what worked felt like a full-time job. But FLAIR Beauty+ wasn’t born out of that era; it was born out of necessity.
When I was pregnant in 2024, I couldn’t get the products I trusted when I needed them. And it hit me. If I’m this intentional about what I put in my hair, why isn’t there a beauty supply built for women like me? The new moms. The busy professionals. The ones who care about convenience AND quality.
What most people don’t know is that I have been building routines for my close circle for years. Long before it became a formal service, I was the friend reviewing ingredient lists, suggesting swaps, and helping troubleshoot wash days. What started as passion turned into pattern recognition. What works. What doesn’t. Why.
Hair has always been a huge part of my identity, and now I’m rebuilding; my hair journey and my business; at the same time. FLAIR Beauty+ is my way of making that process easier.
My background is in economics and finance, and I’m currently earning my MBA while completing a Cosmetic Science certificate. So yes, this brand is built on research, not just vibes.
